What’s Covered and What Isn’t
The Pharaohs Hookah Warranty will cover all Pharaohs brand hookah stems and downstems. Depending on your model purchased this may include the following parts:
- Top Bowl Adapter
- Hookah Stem Body (may be one solid piece or multiple parts)
- Hookah Stem Base (part that screws/pushes onto the glass)
- Pressure Relief Valve
- Hose Adaptors
- Downstem (tube extending from the stem base into the water of the hookah glass base)
What is NOT covered may include, but is not limited to, the following parts:
- Tobacco Bowl
- Top Charcoal Tray
- Glass/Acrylic Base
- Hookah Hose
- Any form of packaging
- Any parts of our all-glass hookahs
The Pharaoh’s Hookah Warranty is intended for only the end-consumer. The warranty does not apply to commercial use of our hookahs. While our quality is top-notch and our hookahs are recommended for use by hookah bars, the one year warranty does not apply. The warranty will also only cover end-consumers who have used their hookahs in the proper manner, with proper care and cleaning evident. We will not cover defects caused by user negligence or harm.
The warranty is all restricted to the initial purchaser and is non-transferable. You must have your the original receipt of the purchase date to be eligible for this warranty.
Period of Coverage
The Pharaohs Hookah Warranty will cover the above mentioned parts for 1 calendar year from the purchase date shown on the proof of purchase.
Example: Item purchased on 03/15/2018, coverage will be from 03/15/2018-03/15/2019.
How To Make A Claim
Should any of the above mentioned parts fail due to manufacturer defect within the warranty period, please fill out our contact us form with your details and the style of hookah.
What We Will Do To Correct Issues
Once we have received your properly submitted warranty claim we will contact you to get further information about the claim. Once we have established that you have a legitimate claim, we will ask you to either send us the part (you pay shipping to us) for further inspection, or if that is not needed, we will send you the necessary replacement parts (we pay the shipping).
If we cannot offer the same part or do not have in stock, we will offer you suitable and equal replacement.
Should we receive your part and find that the claim is not a legitimate one, we will contact you and return to you your part (we pay shipping).
